We have a sweet and loving, well behaved Miniature Pinscher named Roxy who is treated like a “child” of the family. As I consider her my daughter, she is always with us traveling when we go to tennis tournaments. As tournament sites have become stricter with “no pets allowed” policies, we decided to try out Bryan’s pet sitting services and we are very pleased with all his services. Bryan is absolutely fantastic! I have two pit-bulls and they ADORE Bryan -- they know he loves them too. My husband is a total paranoid freak about letting people into our house alone which is why the housekeeper can only come when one of us is there... BUT he has total confidence in Bryan having keys and alarm codes.

Bryan was so professional and well put-together when he conducted the first visit/interview. Taking careful notes, asking thoughtful questions, even how to say certain commands in Spanish (when he noticed we'd trained the dogs bilingual). He inspired total confidence and trust.
He's punctual (to the minute!) and sends great "update pics" to my phone when they're on a hike. He varies the trails so I know the "kidz" aren't getting bored and they're always really pooped and happy after they've been out with him. He's often found a way to work us into his schedule on very short notice. His rates are truly reasonable and he's just a lovely human being.
I recommended him to our neighbors who've used him to dog-sit their three tiny beasts :) and all we ever talk about afterwards is how great Bryan is.

When my partner and I moved to LA, we were nervous about finding someone as caring and professional as the dog walker/sitter we had for years in New York. Luckily for us – and for our two dogs – someone we trust recommended Bryan and Pet Approved Care. Pierre and Lola love Bryan and tails wag every time they see him. And we love the great photos he sends of their walks and time together! We can’t recommend Bryan highly enough for anyone who needs a responsible, compassionate dog walker or sitter.

We needed a pet sitter to look after our 2 year old Labradoodle while we went on a 10 day vacation. Bryan was highly recommended to us by our dog trainer. From Bryan's initial home visit we knew our pup would be in great hands and had no worries at all when the day came to go on our separate vacations! From day one, we received daily texts and photos of Oli's activities, which always included at least one good hike with other canine friends. He also had his pick of at least five dog beds within Bryan's home and found his preferred spot with ease. Bryan returned Oli to us freshly bathed and brushed by our regular groomer and I know that Oli was definitely sad to say goodbye. I cannot say enough good things about Pet Approved Care's dog boarding services. Bryan has become our first boarding choice whenever we travel. The only negative thing I can say is that by writing this review, we may find it harder to get a reservation!
